How CompleXion measures skin colour
During a scan, the device illuminates the skin and measures how light is reflected across the visible colour spectrum. This creates a detailed spectral profile that represents the true colour characteristics of the skin.
Because the measurement is based on light reflectance rather than visual perception or photography, results remain accurate regardless of lighting conditions. Multiple scans can be taken to ensure a reliable colour profile.
